Follow the pictures. Each panel is a simplified mockup of what you’ll see and do — with the exact things to check and the mistake to dodge at that moment.
Find the item and copy its link
Open a category or search on W2CSpreadsheet, pick the exact item, and copy its product link. That link is the only thing Vigorbuy needs to buy it.
- Match the variant — right colour, model and seller before you copy.
- Save the size chart or a screenshot; you’ll compare it during QC.
- Prefer the product link over a search link so the item is unambiguous.
- Watch out: A spreadsheet price is an estimate. The real price is set when Vigorbuy actually buys it.
Paste it into Vigorbuy and order
On the official Vigorbuy site or app, paste the link into the order/cart tool, choose size, colour and quantity, and add a note if anything is specific.
- Set your destination country early so estimates make sense.
- Use the buyer note for special requests (e.g. “no box crush”).
- Double-check size against your CM measurements, not the tag letter.
- Watch out: This payment covers the item, domestic shipping and the ~2–4% fee — not international postage.
Vigorbuy buys it and it reaches the warehouse
Staff purchase from the seller and the item travels to Vigorbuy’s Chinese warehouse. Advertised windows: 3–5 days (Taobao/1688), 4–7 (Weidian), 5–10 (other).
- Track status from your Vigorbuy dashboard or the app.
- Order related items around the same time so they can be combined later.

Review the QC photos in the 12-hour window
When the item lands, Vigorbuy photographs it. This is your cheapest checkpoint before paying to ship. Inspect carefully and act fast.
- Run the 6-point check: item, size tag, stitching, logos, damage, completeness.
- If a standard check isn’t done in 12 hours, claim the free full-set inspection.
- Disagree with a result? A dispute is re-checked within about 24 hours.
- Watch out: Photos show the visible only — they can’t promise fit-on-you, durability or authenticity.
Consolidate several finds into one parcel
Hold items in your warehouse box and combine them into a single shipment. This is the biggest lever you control over shipping cost.
- Wait for all items to arrive before shipping if you can.
- Allow removal of dead space (and sometimes shoe boxes) to cut weight.
- Remember you pay on the greater of real or volumetric weight.
- Watch out: Shipping many small parcels separately almost always costs more than one combined box.
Choose a shipping line and send it home
Pick a line by price, speed and what it allows into your country, pay international postage, then track the parcel to your door.
- Compare cost, speed and restrictions — the best line varies by parcel and country.

The two payments, made obvious
