Vigorbuy QC photos, warehouse time & shipping lines

Your parcel’s fate is decided at the warehouse. This is how to read Vigorbuy QC photos inside the 12-hour window, how long things take, and how to choose a shipping line without overpaying.

What QC photos are for

When your item reaches the warehouse, Vigorbuy photographs it. QC (quality control) is your last low-cost checkpoint before you commit to international shipping. Use it well and you avoid paying to ship a flawed item home.

What QC photos can show

Colour, obvious defects, stitching, print alignment, size tags, logo placement, and whether the right variant arrived.

What QC photos can’t promise

Long-term durability, exact fit on your body, smell/feel, or authenticity guarantees. Photos catch the visible, not the invisible.

The 12-hour window, in practice

  • Vigorbuy advertises a free full-set inspection if a standard check isn’t completed within 12 hours.
  • Disagree with a result? A dispute is advertised to be re-checked within ~24 hours.
  • Before shipping, a for-any-reason return to wallet is advertised within 72 hours of warehouse receipt.
A 6-point QC checklist

1) Right item & colour? 2) Size tag matches the chart? 3) Stitching/print clean? 4) Logos correctly shaped/placed? 5) Any stains, glue or damage? 6) Accessories/box present? Flag anything odd inside the window.

Warehouse & timing expectations

3–5 days

Taobao / 1688 to warehouse

Fastest lane for most items.

4–7 days

Weidian to warehouse

Small-seller platform; allow a little longer.

5–10 days

Other sources to warehouse

Niche or made-to-order items take the longest.

Then add QC time plus your international line’s transit. See a fuller breakdown in Vigorbuy processing & warehouse time.

Choosing a shipping line

Price

Compare cost per kg and minimums. Cheapest per kg isn’t always cheapest for a small parcel.

Speed

Express costs more but clears faster. Economy suits patient, non-urgent hauls.

What it allows

Batteries, liquids (perfume) and some materials are restricted on certain lines and into certain countries.

Vigorbuy advertises overpayment refunded / underpayment not re-charged after the real weigh-in, plus damage compensation on international parcels. Confirm the current lines and rules on the official site.

Shipping lines at a glance

Exact lines and prices change, but they fall into familiar buckets. Use this to frame your choice, then check the live options and quotes in your Vigorbuy cart:

Weight vs volumetric weight (the sneaky one)

You’re charged on the greater of the parcel’s real weight and its volumetric weight (a size calculation). A big, light box — think puffer jackets or shoe boxes — can be priced by its size, not its scale reading. That’s exactly why consolidating and removing dead space saves money.

Rule of thumb

If your parcel looks big but weighs little, expect volumetric pricing. Squeeze out air before you ship.

QC focus by category

What to look hardest at changes with the product. A quick cheat-sheet:

CategoryLook hardest at
SneakersGlue lines, stitching, logo shape, correct box & batch
Hoodies / teesPrint alignment, fabric weight, seams, collar
JacketsZips, lining, symmetry — and remember they add weight
BagsHardware, stitching, lining, logo spacing
WatchesDial print, working functions, case size
JewelryPlating evenness, clasps, stone setting

Every category on the finds page has its own QC focus line too.

What often can’t ship (check before you buy)

  • Perfume & liquids — restricted on many air lines and into some countries.
  • Batteries & power banks — limited or banned on certain lines.
  • Certain materials — some fabrics, foods or branded goods face customs limits.

If your find is in one of these groups, confirm a suitable line exists for your country before ordering.

Restricted & customs reality

Some items can’t travel on some lines or into some countries, and customs/duty is set by your government, not the agent. Delivery times vary with customs. Never assume a guaranteed date.
