How to actually read Vigorbuy QC photos
QC photos are your last cheap checkpoint before shipping. Here’s a tag-by-tag checklist for the 12-hour window.

QC photos show the visible: colour, defects, stitching, tags and logos. They can’t promise durability, exact fit or authenticity. Read them for what they can prove.
The 6-point checklist
- Right item & colour vs what you ordered.
- Size tag matches the seller’s chart — and your CM measurements.
- Stitching & print are clean and aligned.
- Logos are the right shape, size and position.
- Damage — stains, glue, scuffs, loose threads.
- Completeness — accessories, box, tags present.
Using the 12-hour / 72-hour windows
Vigorbuy advertises a free full-set inspection if a check isn’t done in 12 hours, a dispute re-check within about 24 hours, and a for-any-reason return to wallet within 72 hours of warehouse receipt. Act inside these windows — it’s far cheaper than shipping a bad item home.
A blurred, annotated QC set (item, tag, flaw) would sit here. Awaiting an approved sample with personal details removed.
What this means for you
Open every QC photo the day it lands, run the checklist, and raise issues immediately. Then decide to keep, re-check or return — before paying international postage. More in the QC & shipping guide.
